PPiZole-DM: Combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone Tablet
Biotic healthcare offers Ppizole tablet which is the combination of plain pantoprazole and pantoprazole 40 mg & domperidone 10 mg salts that include proton pump inhibitor and an antidopaminergic agent that is usually prescribed for dyspepsia and gastro-esophageal reflux disease.
Plain Pantorazole is a sodium salt, which is mainly used to reduce various esophagus and stomach problems like acid reflux. This salt helps in minimizing the amount of acid that your stomach makes, reduces symptoms (like a persistent cough, heartburn and difficulty swallowing), prevent ulcers and cancer of the esophagus. The actual dose for the peptic ulcer disease treatment is pantoprazole 40 mg, mainly used for 2 to 4 weeks for eradicating helicobacter pylori in patients.
Domperidone is an anti-emetic, which contains 10mg maleate that helps in stopping infections like nausea, vomiting, fever, heartburn and stomach complaints (which occur due to an emptying of the stomach).
Safety Concerns
Due to safety concerns, PPiZole should not be used during breast-feeding or if you have ever had a serious intestinal problem like internal bleeding , or an obstruction or stomach perforation or intestine (it involves severe stomach cramps), then don't take this tablet or tell your doctor or pharmacist before taking it.
