This combination of ingredients works as an antihistamine to treat allergy symptoms. This medication is also useful in the prophylactic treatment of asthma, chronic treatment of asthma-related to allergy and other seasonal or perennial rhinitis.

Levocetirizine HCL is a 3rd generation, non-sedative antihistamine drug that helps in reducing allergy symptoms by blocking “histamine” - a substance in the human body that mainly causes allergic symptoms. These allergy symptoms include watery eyes, itching nose or eyes, sneezing, hives, other kinds of itching, runny nose, etc…

Montelukast Sodium comes under a class of medications called leukotriene receptor antagonists. This Montelukast Sodium 10 mg medication helps in reducing asthma symptoms & seasonal allergies (also known as seasonal allergic rhinitis or hay fever). It effectively starts to work by blocking the effects of leukotriene and helps in preventing the contraction of airways caused by exercise. It is mainly recommended for those patients who are not effectively controlled on their medication and require additional therapy.
