BiCLO Cream – Combination of Clobetasol Propionate, Neomycin & Miconazole Nitrate

We at Biotic Healthcare, India offer BiCLO cream, which contains a combination of ‐ Clobetasol Propionate, Neomycin & Miconazole Nitrate. Clobetasol Propionate is a kind of medicine known as topical corticosteroid. The “Miconazole” contained in this cream is an imidazole antifungal mediator, whereas “Neomycin” is an aminoglycoside antibiotic.

The mixture of salts like Clobetasol Propionate, Neomycin & Miconazole is mainly useful in treating harsh inflammatory skin disorders & skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis (already infected or probably going too infected).

Corticosteroids mainly help in reducing inflammation, which may be caused due to irritation of the skin or release of different substances which are crucial to the immune system. These substances further lead to swelling, redness and itch. The application of Clobetasol to the skin helps in reducing the release of such inflammatory substances & further skin effects.

Neomycin works to treat infections with bacteria. It helps in killing the bacteria by causing them to generate abnormal & faulty proteins. Neomycin is included in this preparation to treat the bacteria that sometimes infect inflammatory skin diseases.

Neomycin is mainly integrated to take care of the bacteria that occasionally lead to inflammatory skin diseases. Miconazole works as an imidazole antifungal agent by slowing down the amalgamation of ergosterol, one of the most important components of fungal cell membranes.
